123 | How to Apply |

STEP 1. Notify us of your intentions to rent the apartment. You can reach us at 215-440-0900, or leave a message. Completely fill out the application. If a co-signer is needed, they must ALSO completely fill out an application.
The Application fee is $40.00 Per Application and is Non-Refundable. STEP 2. Submit $100.00 DEPOSIT to take the apartment off the market along with the completed application. The deposit is refundable if denied or if you cancel within 3 DAYS from the date you submit the payment. This deposit is applied towards your first month rent STEP 3. The application may be dropped off at Liberties Lofts Self Storage Mailbox - 720 N. 5th Street. It can also be mailed or dropped off at the Main Office in Philadelphia by appointment at the following address: |
