How to Apply
STEP 1. Notify us of your intentions to rent the apartment. You can reach us at 215-928-1000, or leave a message. Completely fill out the application. If a co-signer is needed, they must ALSO completely fill out an application.
The Application fee is $40.00 Per Application and is Non-Refundable.
STEP 2. Submit $100.00 DEPOSIT to take the apartment off the market along with the completed application. The deposit is refundable if denied or if you cancel within 3 DAYS from the date you submit the payment. This deposit is applied towards your first month rent
STEP 3. The application may be dropped off at the Main Office in Northern Liberties at 720 N. 5th Street Tues - Fri: 9AM - 3 PM and Sat. by appointment. You may also FAX the application to 215-928-1822 Along with your credit card informatoin for the deposit & application fee.
STEP 4. The approval process takes 3 - 4 days. Afterwards, you will be notified if you have been approved. Good Luck! We look forward to hearing from you.
